Sollte nicht als Ersatz für eine ausgewogene und abwechslungsreiche Ernährung verwendet werden. Die empfohlene tägliche Verzehrmenge darf nicht überschritten werden. Außerhalb der Reichweite von kleinen Kindern und kühl und trocken lagern.
1-2x täglich 1 Beutel in ca. 1/8 l Wasser einrühren, mindestens 1 Minute Aktivierungszeit abwarten, nochmals umrühren und dann trinken. Empfehlendwert ist die Einnahme auf möglichst leeren Magen. Bei einer 2x täglichen Einnahme empfiehlt sih die Anwendung vor dem Frühstück und vor dem Abendessen.
