1. Description and scope of data processing

We offer the option of subscribing to a free newsletter. Depending on the consent you have given, you will receive marketing information by e-mail within this newsletter up to 12 times a year, such as information about our products or new products as well as related offers, promotions or news. Our product range can be viewed at shop@mossetter.de.

Personal data is collected directly when this data is provided to us by e-mail in order to receive the newsletter. If you have given us your consent, we will only process the personal data required to send you our newsletter in order to provide you with appropriate marketing information. It is otherwise not possible to use the newsletter.

As of the registration for the e-mail newsletter, the following personal data are processed:

• E-mail address

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link that must be clicked in order to complete the registration for our newsletter (so-called double opt-in). This entire process is documented and stored. The following data is collected during registration to prove the time and scope of the declaration of consent:

• Timestamp of the registration and the confirmation time (date and time)
• IP address
• Registration for our newsletter

The data we collect is not subject to special categories of personal data, as the purchase of our products, which are considered foodstuffs, does not allow any direct conclusions to be drawn about, for example, an illness of the purchaser and, in particular, it is not health data.

1. Purpose of data processing and legal basis

We collect and process your personal data exclusively for predefined and specified purposes:

• The data you provide serves the purpose of sending you the newsletter to which you have subscribed., to provide information about our products and news as a newsletter.

The legal basis for the processing of data after registration for the newsletter by the user is the user's consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) DSGVO. The logging of the time of registration is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO.

• Duration of storage

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.

This is the case if you no longer wish to subscribe to the newsletter and revoke your consent. The personal data you provided to subscribe to the newsletter will then be deleted. The personal data will therefore be stored for as long as the subscription to the newsletter is active, unless we are obliged to store it for a longer period of time in accordance with Article 6 (1) c) of the German Data Protection Act (DSGVO) due to statutory storage and documentation obligations (e.g. from the German Civil Code (BGB), German Commercial Code (HGB), German Criminal Code (StGB) or German Tax Code (AO)) or you have consented to storage beyond this in accordance with Article 6 (1) a) of the DSGVO. Furthermore, in individual cases, a longer storage period may be necessary for evidence purposes.

1. Voluntariness and revocability

Consent to receive the newsletter is voluntary. It can be refused without giving reasons and without any disadvantages.

You have the option at any time to revoke your consent to the processing of personal data with effect for the future by clicking on the revocation link in the newsletter emails, via the unsubscribe function on our website, available at www.shop.mosetter.de, or by sending an email to legal@mosetter.de.
