Production
High-dose vitamin D3 is obtained from sheep's wool wax, which is a by-product of shearing the animals. From this, cholesterol is extracted, which is converted in a synthetic process into cholecalciferol, the most important physiological form of vitamin D3 for our body.
For our vitamin K2 oil we exclusively use the branded raw material MenaQ7®. This is synthetically produced, so we can guarantee that the raw material is highly pure, yet nature-identical, and occurs exclusively in its 100% all-trans form, the only active form of vitamin K for our body.
