D+galactose is a simple sugar that occurs naturally in energy metabolism. Magnesium contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal muscle function, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. As magnesium dicitrate, it is particularly bioavailable and well-tolerated in its organic form.
Acai berries (Euterpe oleracea) have an inedible pit; only the pulp and skin of the berry can be consumed. The taste is rather nutty. Due to their high content of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, especially calcium, acai berries are considered a superfood.
Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the protection of cells from oxidative stress, and the maintenance of normal skin, hair, and nails.
