Vitamin B complex active combines all important B vitamins in just one capsule. Selected vitamins, including vitamin B2, B6, B12 and folic acid are already present in their bioactive form, so that the body can use them directly. Thus, the B-complex offers a high-dose all-round supply of the complete group of B vitamins. The formula is supplemented with choline, betaine and myoinositol, the components of healthy nerve cells.
